Refunds

Instead of returning items. You can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong. Send along a picture, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then if possible you can donate your item to a local charity or recycle it. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your item, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
